To ensure the safety of all participants and protect the integrity of our equipment, please carefully review and adhere to the following rules and regulations:
- Supervision is Mandatory: A responsible adult must supervise the bouncy castle at all times while it is in use. The supervising adult is solely responsible for the safety and behavior of all participants.
- Capacity Limits: Do not exceed the maximum number of children allowed, as outlined in the posted Safety Rules. Overcrowding increases the risk of injury. Children should be grouped by age, size, or height to minimize collisions.
- Prohibited Items: No shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, toys, or sharp objects are allowed inside the inflatable.
- Food & Beverages: Absolutely no food, drinks, candy, gum, confetti, or silly string are permitted in or around the bouncy castle. These substances can cause permanent damage.
- Prohibited Activities: No wrestling, roughhousing, flipping, or tumbling. These activities can result in serious injuries such as to the neck, back, or knees.
- Climbing Hazards: Participants must not climb on the walls, netting, or exterior of the inflatable. Do not attempt to deflate, shift, or pull down the structure.
- Animals: No pets are permitted in or near the bouncy castle to avoid damage and health risks.
- Fire Hazards: Fireworks, open flames, or any heat sources must be kept away from the inflatable at all times.
- Do Not Relocate: The bouncy castle must remain in its original, professionally installed location. Moving it may result in damage or injury.
- Restricted Areas: Children must not play behind the inflatable or near the blower and power source for safety reasons.
Important: It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure all supervising adults are familiar with and enforce these rules. Failure to follow these safety guidelines may result in injury to participants or damage to the equipment, for which the renter will be held liable.
