No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

That depends on how many inflatable bouncy castles we have rented out that day. We start delivering at 7:00 am. We deliver at least 30 minutes before your party time. Sometimes up to 2 hours before.

We take cleaning seriously and that is why we use Electrostatic Sprayers to disinfect and clean our Castles after and before every rental
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy-duty cords.

-Payment is due on or before delivery.

-We do accept cash at delivery. When paying with cash, please note that our drivers don’t carry change.

-We do NOT ACCEPT CHECKS, except from schools or churches. You can pay by E-transfer to hello@inflatablebouncycastles.ca

 and by credit cards as well.

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

If the weather turns bad, there is no fee to cancel as long as you inform us before we load up our trucks. Depending on how busy we are sometimes we have to load up the night before. If you were required to pay a deposit, the deposit amount will be saved as a rain check available for credit within 1 year, in your name. Once we have set up, we have to pay our employees for their hard work and therefore we require full payment regardless of use.

Note: Unless the weather is so bad as to risk our equipment, we leave the decision up to you since your area might not be affected by weather conditions as much as another. Our main safety concern is wind. When winds go higher than approx. 25 km, jumps become unsafe regardless of our tie down methods.

E-Transfer, Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have an exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

All deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs from inclement weather conditions, a rain check will be given. Rain checks will expire 1 year from the time they are given. No refunds will be made after the equipment has been delivered.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, moving equipment, children taking in toys,) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower, etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
